MONTGOMERY (AP) – Criminal Appeals Court Judge Greg Shaw has picked up an endorsement from the Alabama State Fraternal Order of Police in his race for the state Supreme Court.

FOP President Bill Davis said Shaw has been a strong supporter of law enforcement in and out of the courtroom.

Shaw, a Republican, faces Democrat Deborah Bell Paseur in the general election Nov. 4.
