Get behind your leaders

The municipal elections in our cities and towns are over, which means it’s time for everyone to start working together as one unit. The people who chose to have a voice in the elections have spoken, and the majority of this group has chosen the people whom it believes to be the most capable of leading our cities and towns into the next four years.

When these people take office, there will be some new faces among them along with plenty of familiar ones.

We hope that those in office will not aim to please everyone, as that is an impossible task. We hope they will do what is best for their cities and towns without partiality to any group or individual.

At the same time, we should get behind our leaders regardless of whom we cast our ballot for. The only way to go forward is to be unified.
