The Chilton County United Way donated $500 to the Chilton County Department of Human Resources to assist with educational needs of foster children. DHR Director Marilyn Colson (middle) accepts the check from United Way Board chairman Curtis Smith and United Way campaign coordinator Gwyn Loyd. The United Way is also giving $250 to each school in the county for educational needs.
