I don't see this as a big issue. Let their supervisors deal with it if it is a problem.
We should be like the Japanese in that if an employee is highly efficient at their job and has all of their work done, so what if they spend a few minutes on the internet.
There are some employees that drag out their work to look busy and get almost nothing done whether they are on the net or not.

The bottom line is simple to understand. Any government agency or department is just like a small child.
Give a kid money and he willspend every bit of it and want more. Same with government. If they say x amount will meet our needs, this time next year x will no longer be enough.
I undersand the need for good roads and such, but live within your budget!!

Sad thing is, this has not made a dent in the drug trade. With all the money they can make, it is almost impossible to stop it.

REgardless of who is payaaing, it is great that people are trying to get their GED. The chances of better jobs and pay will benefit all of society.
We gripe when people drop out and consider them useless so why gripe now that they are trying to better themselves? Before, I get a bitter response, don't. Unless this applies to your actions don't waster your time responding.
I applaud everyone that has gotten their GED or are trying to do so.

Okay, I have to make one last comment on this subje ct. I hope the Humane Society does do a better job than they have in the past. I have claled them aboout animal abuse on more than one occasson and they di nothing not even come out and check on the animals.
I am convinced they use selective prosecution. That is they only choose to prosecute certain people.

The county commission is always wanting a way to raise money. If the police, whether city or county, would issue tickets for people littering this would raise money and be for a great cause.
Of course they would actually have to sit there and patrol the area as opposed to more exciting things.
