I love this story. Bev and Thomas have always been great to me. I love them both very much. I have many memories of them doing special things for me. One of my fav. wedding gifts was a picture done by Thomas and it had a special mess. on the back.

This is for "gkeys". All you have to do is call Clanton Middle School and ask to talk to Denise Robinson. She is very nice and easy to talk to. She would love to work with you and sell you a scarve.

I feel that smoking should be out-lawed. A smoker should only smoke in their own home if he or she feels the need to smoke. I would be all for letting people smoke if it did not harm others also. I feel that a person should be charged with some type of murder if a person in their home comes down with some type of cancer due to second hand smoke. We have a lot of things that can hurt ourself and others. We should not add to that list by bring smoke into a non-smokers life. I do not feel sorry for people who smoke because we are all told what can happen if you smoke.

I just hope that before any cuts are taken that people in charge pray and pray hard. I am one that lost my job last year in the special education area. I am not mad at any one person but it still hurts to not have a job because of education cuts. I am so thankful that I have friends that call me in to sub for them. I will say that when a cut is made you need to think about what is most important to the student and what will make the student a better person after schooling. I would like to be able to go in vacation right now but it is more important that may car bill is taken care of first. My last and most important point is if you are a leader please pray.

You sure are right. My daughter asked that something be done about CR 410. I have only seen one day in one year that a police car was out on our road. Please help keep this road safe for my family and friends.

Great job Ala. After 6 years and many coaches a win was a must. One thing that is different about me and most Ala. fans, not all, is that I will still wear my Auburn stuff and not hide just because of losing a game. Have a bless day.

I feel that Christmas does not start until I go to the Living Christmas Walk. I remember great times with Rev. B. Moon when I was a child and went to West End. I don't know where Rev. B. Moon is today but I do hope that he knows what a great thing he started. If anyone talkes to him let him know that he is loved.

I still would like to know why it is so very high here in Clanton. I am always trying to wait to fill up my car until I am some place out of town that will be cheaper for me. I would like to keep my money in Clanton but right now I have no way of doing that.

With this story people need to look at the whole picture. Let me be the first to say it was wrong IF some people were turned away just because of the color of skin. Do we really know if it was because of skin color or of some other reason, like maybe a credit problem. I have heard more black people say something about racial discrimination than white people. If a so called white person says something then we get fused at and say we are a racist. I remember in high school, my senior year, of hearing about all the special scholarships for "black" people but never hearing about "white " people scholarships. I have many friends of all colors and ALL have a right to be here. I would rather win or earn something based on studying and or working hard. One person said we are one-hundred years behind. I don't think that is true. Some people just keep bring up the past.
