The reason I don't agree with letting the students out early is b/c every weather report predicted that the storms would get here around 5:00. What's the point in letting them out of school at 12:00?

"According to the indictment, from December 2007 until December 2008 in Shelby County, ROY possessed multiple computers, floppy disks, CD-roms and external computer hard-drives that contained child pornography."

Sounds like a little too much to be accidental. Here's the story if you want to check it out for yourself:

bree I agree that no one should be forced to sell anything in order to support something that they do not want to. However, money from football games help to fund all other sports as well which may be one reason they asked everyone to pitch in and help with the stadium renovation. You mentioned the cheerleaders not leading the girls team out for basketball games, but do they lead the JV squad out before their games?

No offense, but it's all about the money. The sports that bring in the money generally get to reap the benefits of said money. It wasn't too long ago that certain sports were in danger of being cut because of the BOE's financial situation and these sports couldn’t make enough to support themselves.

KW- Sparks is not proposing the tax. The US EPA is. Mr. Sparks is against the tax because he knows it will put a great deal of farmers out of business.

I actually agree with ASE on this one. Obama has sponsored many bills, but when they retract their statement they could point out that Obama has never authored or co-authored a bill.

ASE do you think that we shouldn't use metal detectors at Government buildings and airports as well? It's simple when you walk on school property then you give consent to have your personal property searched (i.e. cars, lockers, etc...) Have you never seen the signs that are posted at every school? I'm glad you work for yourself because guess what. Pretty much all employees enforce random drug tests.

Why do you keep saying people have duplicate accounts? Do you think it impossible that more than one person might disagree with you? From the way you act I would guess that you probably do. You claim that I am uninformed simply because I don’t agree with you.

How can you claim that 8 of 232 years is not small? I’ll do the math for you since you may not be capable. That is less than 4% of America’s existence. I would consider that small. Contrary to what you may believe, everyone is not against the Iraq war. I personally have several friends who have volunteered for multiple tours because they believe the war is the right thing.

I’m sorry that I believe what Mrs. Obama said rather than what her husband said the next day in trying to defend her from public scrutiny. I guess you think its okay to say something one day and then try to convince people that they misunderstood you once they start disagreeing with you. Regardless, I am going to quit replying because it is obvious that you do not appreciate anyone else’s opinion and think that yours is the only one that matters.

No, I assume Rev. Wright has behaved in such a manner because common sense would dictate that these practices were probably taking place long before these sermons were brought public. Being proud of your country and being proud of it's political officers are two completely different things. Compared to the 200+ years that America has been in existence I would say that the Bush administration is small in comparison. Therefore, I refuse to stop being proud of my country simply because of that. You really shouldn't be mad at people for bringing up "this kind of attack" because I have yet to see you post anything with any substance about Obama's stance on the main issues such as: the war, health care plans, the economy, affirmative action, abortion, etc...... By the way, just because someone doesn't agree with you doesn't mean that they are "out of touch" and if you think so then I feel sorry for you.
