Isabella varsity, JV serve well in wins

The Isabella varsity football team beat Montevallo on Monday, 25-19, 25-12, 25-16.
Amber Wyatt had 11 kills, four aces and two blocks. Devan Gallet had five kills and added a block. Marlee Hayes had 12 assists and a block, Jessica Maciel added six assists.
The Mustangs missed only two serves during the match and scored 14 aces. Along with Wyatt, Heather Mason also had four aces.
The win moves the 10th ranked Mustangs to 20-6.
The Isabella junior varsity team continued its winning streak with a 25-18, 25-16 win over Montevallo. Like the varsity, the Mustangs only missed two serves during the match—and racked up 12 aces. Ashley Carlisle led the team with four aces. Jordan Davenport had three. Davenport and Emily Brasher each had three kills. Shelby Cleckler and Heather Posey had four assists each. The Mustangs JV is now 9-0.
