Billy and Cindy Dennis of Verbena are proud to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jamie Lanea Boswell, to Samuel Lewis Hamilton, the son of the late Jackson Lewis Hamilton and Teresa Ann Hamilton of Clanton.

Jamie is the granddaughter of Joann Boswell, and the late Standford Boswell of Clanton, Etta Dennis and the late Louis Dennis of Prattville

Sam is the grandson of the late Henry Lewis and Evie Hamilton of Thorsby and Charles Robinson and Elminey Weldon of Clanton.

The wedding will take place today, Sept. 27, at 2 p.m. at the Way of the Cross Church of God in the old Chestnut Creek Church in Cooper.

The ceremony will be conducted by Pastor Jon Coburn.

Family, friends and church family are invited to attend.
