Candidates for county commission to speak in forum

Chilton Leadership would like to remind the public of tomorrow night’s political forum with Chilton County Commission candidates.

The forum is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. in Courtroom No. 3 of the Chilton County Courthouse.

Becki McCallum, one of the event’s coordinators, said the forum will be an opportunity to hear firsthand the candidates’ responses to pertinent questions in a well-managed setting.

All candidates have been invited to participate. Each candidate present will be introduced and given an opportunity to speak.

Dr. Jim Seroka, professor of political science at Auburn University, will moderate the event.

Anyone who attends the forum may submit a question to the forum committee.
