Recently the Chilton-Shelby Mental Health held a day long workshop for employees. During the schedule, a presentation was given by Tom Brown (Board Member) and Gwyn Loyd (Executive Director) representing the Chilton County United Way. Looking over the Chilton County United Way brochures are Dianee Hollon (Civitan Group Home manager), Vikki Davis (Katherine Vickery Group Home manager), Donna Sanders (Carrie Gray Group Home manager) and Laura Mulkey (QMEP for Residential Services). The brochure list the 25 agencies and contact information that the Chilton County United Way sponsors. The dollars raised by the CCUW are two-fold. Not only does the money directly assist the agency sometimes the money raised by the United Way can be used as a match to bring even more financial resources to an agency.
