The Alabama Department of Transportation will be repairing a hole on bridge deck on I-65 South Bound in Chilton County.

The outside lane on I-65 near mile marker 209 will be closed from 4-8 p.m. today, July 29, and tomorrow, July 30 from 1-4 p.m.

There will be stationary and slow-moving vehicles, as well as dismounted personnel present in the work zone.

Motorists should be alert to signs, and personnel in the work zone, and use extreme caution while traveling this section of highway. Loads 13’ or wider should detour around this section.
