Top online story: Divers were looking for an Alabama Power employee that drowned at Mitchell Dam.
The most viewed article on www.clantonadvertiser.com for the last half of 2008 was a posting about a tragic accident at Mitchell Dam on Tuesday, July 22, when a longtime employee of Alabama Power drowned.
The story recorded 3,133 unique visitors (a viewer is counted once no matter how many times he/she views the page the same day). A follow up story about the victim, Robert Courtney, was the second most viewed article with 2,817 unique visitors.
