Blood drive set for Wednesday

To help bring stock up blood for local hospital, to start off the year on a good note LifeSouth will be holding a community blood drive on Dec. 31.
This is an annual drive for LifeSouth called “Beat the Experts.”
The drive will be part of a competition between all of the community blood centers to bring in the most blood for local blood banks in hospitals. The blood drive will be held at the Clanton Wal-Mart and will be from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.
