June Collins has been named Thorsby High School’s Employee of the Month.

Collins said: “I am honored to be selected as the Employee of the Month at Thorsby High School.

“I’ve worked here for a total of 24 years. My work experience includes working in the school cafeteria and as a school custodian. I enjoy working with all the teachers, staff and students.

“I graduated from Thorsby High School, my children graduated from Thorsby and my grandchildren are now attending school here. This is a wonderful school and community. I am blessed to call Thorsby home.”
