Turnovers doomed Isabella on Friday in a 38-20 loss to Loachapoka at home.

The Mustangs (1-3, 0-2) punted only once but trailed 20-6 at halftime and couldn’t threaten the lead in the second half.

Jaqarise Stacy scored the first touchdown for IHS, and then added another on a 50-yard run in the second half.

Cornelius Stacy accounted for Isabella’s other score, and added the two-point conversion himself.

Loachapoka improves to 3-1 and 3-0.
