William Curtis (Curt) Daniel, 93, of Clanton, passed away June 29 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster.

He was born on Feb. 7, 1922, in Chilton County, the son of the late James Calvin Daniel and the late Ester Estelle Melton Daniel.

He was a salesman.

Surviving are daughters, Glenda (Paul Benjamin, Jr.) Anderson of New Orleans, La. and Donna (Clifford Austin) Hughes of Fairhope; grandsons, Kevin (Lindsey) Anderson of Hoover and Daniel Hughes of Fairhope; granddaughters, Kimberly (Chris) Boyle of Northport and Nicki (Jordy) Hayden of Fairhope; great-grandchildren, Avery Boyle, Sydney Anderson, Hudson Hayden and Hughes Hayden; sister, Sara Lee Edwards of Clanton; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Georgia Lee Daniel.

Friends will be received from 10 to 11 a.m. July 2 at Liberty Hill Baptist Church.

Services will be held July 2 at 11 a.m. at Liberty Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. Kent Dodson officiating.

Interment will follow in Liberty Hill Baptist Cemetery in Clanton.
