Debra Dean Minor, 63, of Clanton, passed away May 7.

She was born April 17, 1952, in Clanton, the daughter of the late James Varden and the late Odel Robinson Heflin.

She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Richard H. Minor of Clanton; sons, Harold Minor (Michelle) of Clanton, Chris Minor (Ginger) of Clanton; grandchildren, Cameron Minor of Clanton, Cody Minor of Clanton, Cade Minor of Clanton, Corey Minor of Clanton, Ashley Minor of Clanton, Jake Minor of Clanton; great-grandchild, Bentley Todd Minor; brothers, Johnny Varden of Coosa County and Greg Varden of Clanton.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim Varden and Odel Heflin and brother, Jimmy Dale Varden.

Friends will be received from 6-8 p.m. May 8.

Services will be held May 9 at 11 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Austin Ball officiating.

Interment will follow in Refuge Baptist Cemetery.
