Eileen Mary Paro Neeley

Eileen Mary Paro Neeley, 75, of Verbena, died March 27 at her residence.

She was born on April 5, 1939, in New York, daughter of the late George S. Paro, Sr. and the late Edna Keitzmann Paro.

She was a seamstress.

Surviving are her sons, Donnie (Susan) Parker of Verbena, James “Jimmy” Parker of Birmingham; daughter, Teresa (Mike) Taylor of Savannah, Ga.; son, Randy (Sandy) Parker of Griffin, Ga.; sisters, Amelia (Thomas) Meagher of Phoenix, Ariz., Minnie Kaiser of Spenceport, N.Y., Carol (Bruce) Green of Rochester, N.Y.; brother, Ronald (Carol) Paro of Phoenix, Ariz; 13 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Edna Paro; husband, Sidney E. Neeley; companion, Clyde Hughes; siblings, George Paro, Jr., Richard Paro and Edna O’Reilly.

Friends were received from 1-2 p.m. on March 29 at Martin Funeral Home.

Graveside services were held March 29 at 2:30 p.m. at Bethany Baptist Cemetery, Verbena, with Bro. Justin Thomas officiating.
