Carl David Cleckler, 47, of Clanton, passed away at UAB Hospital in Birmingham on July 8.

Cleckler was born Jan. 21, 1967, in Montgomery and worked for the Asplundh Tree Expert Company from 1986 until 2013.

Cleckler is survived by his mother, Jeanette Cleckler; wife, Denice Cleckler and one son, Spencer Cleckler, all of Clanton.

He was preceded in death by his father, Carl M. Cleckler.

The Cleckler family will have a memorial service at a later date in his honor.
