Sylas Smitherman turned 7 on June 6.

His parents are Cynde and Nick Smitherman. His grandparents are Sue and Glenn Nichols of Rock Island, Tenn., and Lima and Fred Smitherman of Clanton. His siblings are Shay Smitherman, Gage Smitherman and Griffin Smitherman.

His birthday party will be June 7 at Mulberry Creek with the theme “Tiki on the Creek.”
