Harold Wayne Broadhead, 84, of Clanton, went home to be with the Lord on May 22 at his home.

Broadhead enjoyed fishing, Alabama Football, Braves Baseball, and grocery shopping.

He was preceded in death by parents, Mack and Pearl Messer Billingsley Broadhead; great-granddaughter, Ashton Bullard.

His surviving relatives include wife of 57 years, Leta Strickland Broadhead; daughters, Karen White (Woody) and Pam Dailey; son, Jeff Broadhead (Diane); six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held in the chapel at Rockco Funeral Home on May 24 starting at 5 p.m.
