Sadie Mae Locke, 88, of Clanton, passed away May 3.

She was born on Aug. 5, 1925, in Madison, the daughter of the late Joe W. Gibbs and the late Eva Myrtle Dean.

She was a clerk at a printing company.

She is survived by her husband, William G. Locke of Clanton; sons, Grady Wayne Locke (Carol) of Oklahoma City, Okla., Emmett Terry Locke (Kay) of Clanton; eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings.

Friends will be received from 10-11 a.m. May 6 at Highland Baptist Church.

Services will be held May 6 at 11 a.m. at Highland Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Griffin officiating.
