Deloares Ann Rutherford, 77, of Clanton, passed away May 2.

She was born on March 24, 1937, to the late Oliver Strength and the late Thelma Williams.

She was a seamstress.

Rutherford is survived by her daughter, Theresa Cleckler of Clanton; son, Kenny Robinson of Shelby; daughter, Autumn Headley (Oliver) of Clanton; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sister, Farria Ham of Clanton and brother, Richard McBrayer of Michigan and a host of nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Rutherford; parents, Oliver and Thelma Strength and her brother, Bill Strength.

Funeral services will be held May 4 from the chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home at 3 p.m. with the Rev. Wayne Cleckler and the Rev. Jake McCall officiating.

Burial will follow in the Thorsby Memorial Cemetery.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on May 4.
