Mary Joyce Ballinger, 82, of Clanton, passed away March 28.

She was born on Sept. 30, 1931, in Chilton County, the daughter of the late James Harlem Bean and the late Mattie Inez Martin Bean.

She was an accountant.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda Kay Holland (Bobby) of Montgomery; son, Michael Lynn Jackson (Phyllis) of Houston, Texas; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray T. Ballinger.

Friends will be received from 2-3 p.m. March 30 at Concord Baptist Church.

Services will be held March 30 at 3 p.m. at Concord Baptist Church with the Rev. Randall Mims officiating.

Interment will follow in Thorsby Memorial Cemetery in Thorsby.
