Feb. 19
•Drug evidence recovered during a traffic stop: County Road 42
•Civil dispute: J&S Paint and Body
•Destruction of medication: Padgett Lane
•One person arrested for DUI: County Road 42 and 44

Feb. 20
•Theft of property: Guy St.
•Harassment: 90 Old Mars Hill Road
•Death investigation: 500 Block of County Road 141

Feb. 21
•Identity theft: 100 Block of Forrest St.
•Drug evidence recovered during a traffic stop: U.S. Highway 31 (one person arrested)
•Theft of property: 100 Block of Patton St.

Feb. 22
•Domestic incident: 300 Block of County Road 141

Feb. 23
•Drug evidence recovered: 300 Block of County Road 894 (two persons arrested)
•One person arrested for DUI, reckless endangerment and attempting to elude the police

Feb. 24
•Drug evidence recovered: 300 Block of County Road 894
•Property damage: County Road 38
•Failure to pay for gasoline: 2000 Block of Alabama Highway 191
•One vehicle accident: County Road 51 (no injuries)

Feb. 25
•Failure to pay for gasoline: Chevron: U.S. Highway 31
