•Burglary and theft of property: 600 Block of County Road 606

Jan. 19
•Burglary and criminal mischief: 200 Block of Drew St.
•Animal complaint: 200 Block of Chilton Circle

Jan. 20
•Drug evidence recovered during a traffic stop: County Road 38 (three persons arrested)
•Negotiating a worthless instrument: (bad check): 24000 Block of U.S. Highway 31
•One-vehicle private property accident: Chevron, U.S. Highway 31 Chevron (no injuries)

Jan. 21
•Theft of property: 8000 Block of County Road 42
•Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle: 26000 Block of U.S. Highway 31
•Criminal mischief: County Road 169
•Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property: 100 Block of Forrest St.

Jan. 22
•Drug evidence recovered during a traffic stop: Alabama Highway 155 and County Road 135
•Domestic violence: 1000 Block of County Road 44

Jan. 23
•Assault: County Road 44
•Stolen property recovered: County Road 42 E. (one person arrested)
•Theft of property: 13000 Block of County Road 42

Jan. 25
•Unlawful breaking into a vehicle: 14000 Block of County Road 42
•Death investigation: 100 Block of Forrest St.
•Failure to pay for gasoline: 12000 Block of County Road 42
•Served two warrants for failure to appear in court

•Served four warrants for failure to appear in court

•Domestic incident: 400 Block of Collum St.

•Multiple accidents, disabled motorist, and motorist assist due to the winter storm
