Dangerous road conditions reported Tuesday morning (updated)

Dangerous road conditions are already being reported throughout Chilton County Tuesday morning.

Chilton County E-911 reported shortly after 10 a.m. that all county roadways were quickly becoming impassable with ice and snow on the roads.

Below is a list of roads that have been reported to the Chilton County Road Department:

•1000 Block of Lake Mitchell Road-reports of ice on bridge on I-65 overpass.

•U.S. Highway 31 South/I-65 Overpass at Exit 205: reports of ice on bridge on I-65 overpass.

•Popular Springs Road overpass: reports of ice on bridge overpass.

•County Road 42 overpass: reports of ice on bridge on County Road 42/I-65 overpass.

•Temple Road overpass: ice on bridge overpass.

•5800 block of County Road 24: wreck/no injuries/reportedly due to ice.

•Intersection of Alabama Highway 22 at Alabama Highway 191: ice on roadway.

•Wreck at Interstate 65 mile marker 198 on Interstate 65: rollover wreck with unknown injuries.

•County Road 24 at County Road 47: ice on bridge.

•Seventh St. N. at Fourth Ave. N. (bridge on 4th Ave): ice on bridge

•900 block of Seventh St. N. at Goosepond Park: ice on bridge.

•Wreck with unknown injuries reportedly due to ice on the 2600 block of Lay Dam Road.

•Wreck on I-65 at the 205 mile marker: 18-wheeler in median, no injuries reported.

•Ice reported on roadway at the intersection of Alabama Highway 155 and U.S. Highway 31.
