Friendship Baptist Church

Our choir special was “Christmas Medley.” Bro. Ken Daniel’s sermon was taken from Luke 2:8-20 titled “Joy to the World.”

Announcements and upcoming events:

The G.A. group is collecting nonperishable food items to be used for Christmas dinners for those in need.

Dec. 15: Christmas cantata, “Breath of Heaven” at 5 p.m. and Christmas supper at 6 p.m.

Dec. 20: Youth Christmas party at Keith and Regeana’s

Dec. 21: Christmas party for our staff and the deacons and their spouses at Cattleman’s Restaurant at 6:30 p.m.

Dec. 31-Jan. 2: Youth Xtreme Conference in Gatlinburg featuring Newsong, Skillet, David Nasser, Third Day, Building 429 and others

Feb. 26-March 4: Medical mission trip to Guatemala

March 17-22: Trip to Lancaster, Penn. The first deposit for this trip is due now.
