Robert Leon Morgan, 79, of Calera, passed away on Dec. 24.

He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Margaret Morgan; son, Michael Ray Morgan; daughter, Kay Morgan Giddens (Wayne); grandchildren, Heather Giddens Brasher (Cody) and Amber Giddens Patterson (John); great-grandchild, Wyatt Patterson; sister, Barbara Ledbetter (Jack); numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.

Visitation was held Dec. 27 at Rockco Funeral Home Chapel from 6-8 p.m. for friends.

His funeral services will be held Dec. 28 at 2 p.m. at Rockco Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Marvin Smith Jr. and the Rev. Walter Price to officiate his services.

Burial will follow at Shelby Memory Gardens in Calera.
