The following is an activity report of the Jemison Police Department from Oct. 23-29:

Oct. 23
•Shooting/throwing into an occupied vehicle; criminal mischief: Interstate 65 at the 221 Mile Marker
•Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card: 1000 Block of County Road 48

Oct. 24
•Identity theft: Old Mars Hill Road
•Domestic violence: Watson St.
•Two-vehicle accident on private property: Jemison Middle School Parking Lot (no injuries)

Oct. 26
•Harassment: 600 Block of County Road 25

Oct. 27
•Possession of a firearm without a license: Interstate 65 at the 219 Mile Marker (two persons charged)

Oct. 28
•Served arrest warrant for failure to appear in court

Oct. 29
•Missing person: 100 Block of County Road 38
•Theft of property: 1000 Block of County Road 152
•Criminal trespass: 8000 Block of County Road 42
•Served arrest warrant for failure to appear in court
