•Theft of property and possession of a forged instrument: Regions Bank
•Served arrest warrant for failure to appear in court
•Two- vehicle accident on private property, no injuries: Dr. Black’s Office

Sept. 21
•Incident involving juveniles: Jemison City Park
•Two-vehicle accident, no injuries: U.S. Highway 31
•Two-vehicle accident, no injuries: County Road 42 W.
•One-vehicle accident, no injuries: County Road 51

Sept. 22
•Drug evidence recovered: Traffic Stop, U.S. Highway 31 (one person charged)
•Burglary; theft of property; criminal mischief: 600 Block of County Road 134
•Assault: 12000 Block of County Road 42

Sept. 23
•Assault and harassment: 12000 Block of County Road 42
•Burglary; theft of property; criminal mischief: 600 Block of County Road 134
•Served arrest warrant for statutory rape

Sept. 24

•Served five arrest warrants for failure to appear in court

•Two-vehicle accident, two persons injured: County Road 42

Sept. 25

Sept. 26

•Served four arrest warrants for failure to appear in court

Sept. 29
•Harassment; criminal mischief: 600 Block of Collum St.
•Homicide: 1000 Block of County Road 152 (one person arrested and charged with manslaughter)

Sept. 30
•Property damage: Church St.
•Reckless endangerment: Alabama Highway 155

Oct. 1
•Theft of property: 13000 Block of County Road 51
•Attempted burglary: 600 Block of County Road 606 (three persons apprehended and charged)
•Served four arrest warrants for failure to appear in court
