Ida Romania Davis, 85, of Clanton, passed away on Oct. 1 at Hatley Health Care in Clanton.

She was born on Jan. 1, 1928, in Dallas County, the daughter of the late Ebron Oliver Barrett and the late Effie Drucilla Weaver Barrett.

She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, the Rev. Claude W. Davis of Clanton; three sons, Arthur Davis (Sandra) of Clanton, Allen Davis (Leslie) of Clanton and Michael Davis (Theresa) of Talladega; two daughters, Shirley Sansom of Abilene, Texas and Wilma Kelley (Randell) of Clanton; 13 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren; sister, Louella Clements of Selma.

Friends will be received from 11 a.m.-noon, Oct. 3 at Glad Tidings Church of God.

Services will be held Oct. 3 at noon at Glad Tidings Church of God with the Rev. Odell Bryant and the Rev. Bill Boatwright officiating.

Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery in Clanton.
