Roy Lake Headley Jr., 43, of Jemison, passed away on Aug. 27 at UAB in Birmingham.

He was born on Feb. 1, 1970 in Montgomery, son of the late Roy Lake Headley Sr. and Brenda Edwards Loomis.

He was a warehouse manager.

Surviving are his daughters, Lakelyn Stone of Clanton and Kimberly Headley of Clanton; mother, Brenda (Linwood) Loomis of Verbena.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lake Headley; sister, Wendy Moore and nephew, Landon Bryant.

Friends will be received from 5-8 p.m. on Aug. 29 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services will be held on Aug. 30 at 1 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home with the Rev. Keith Edwards officiating.

Interment will follow in Chestnut Creek Baptist Cemetery in Verbena.
