The Chilton County Courthouse along with the four municipalities in Chilton County will be closed for the Memorial Day holiday.

•Clanton City Hall will be closed on May 30 and garbage will be picked up. Carts should be placed out by 6 a.m. and left out until picked up.

•Jemison City Hall will be closed on May 30 and garbage will be picked up on Tuesday.

•Thorsby City Hall will be closed on May 30 and garbage will be a day late.

•Maplesville City Hall will be closed on May 30 and garbage will be picked up on Tuesday.

•The Chilton County Commission canceled their regularly scheduled meeting and will meet again on June 10 at 6 p.m. at the Chilton County Courthouse.
