Kathy Darlene Higginbotham Bosworth

Kathy Darlene Higginbotham Bosworth 57, of Marbury, passed away on April 3, 2013, at Prattville Baptist Hospital. She was born in Montgomery on Dec. 23, 1955.

She was a housekeeper.

She is survived by her daughter, Melissa (Dan Wright) Lucio of Verbena; son, Lynzy (Rebeka Mims) Bosworth of Marbury; daughter, Bonnie (Jonathan) Owens of Marbury; son, Jesse Bosworth of Marbury; brother, Bobby Christian of Birmingham; grandchildren, Anna Granthum, April Lucio, Christopher Lucio, Autumn Bosworth, Anna Owens, Dylan Owens, Connor Owens, Brenden Owens, Makenzie Owens and great-grandchild, Jerry “Little Bo” Granthum II.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Bosworth Jr.; mother, Violet Christian and sister, Diana Higginbotham.

A memorial service will be held on April 6 at 2 p.m. from the Memorial Chapel of Ellison-Cleckler Funeral Home with the Rev. Keith Edwards officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
