Hospice provider deserves special recognition

Published 11:09am Monday, March 18, 2013

Dear editor:

The family of Irene Smitherman would like to take time to thank SouthernCare Hospice for the personal, professional and caring way you were there for us the last few months of our mother’s illness and passing.

Words can never express the comfort you brought to our home, knowing we were not alone and you would walk with us each step of the journey. I have never seen a company with more compassionate, loving kindness for others.

You will never be forgotten. May God bless each of you as you continue to bless the lives of others.

Ricky Smitherman
