Dovie Marie Dykes, age 93 of Prattville, passed away on Feb. 27, 2013.

She was born on Saturday, Dec. 27, 1919 in Chilton County, the daughter of the late James Marion Gray and the late Alice Weaver Gray.

Surviving are her daughters, Alice (James) Hester of Russellville, Kathy (David) Clark of Prattville; daughter-in-law, Ann Dykes of Prattville; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Odis Dykes and son, Kenneth Dykes.

Friends will be received from 5-7 p.m., Saturday, March 2 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 3 at 2 p.m. at Indian Grace Baptist with the Rev. Leon S. White officiating.

Interment will follow in Indian Grave Cemetery in Billingsley.
