Lannice Evie Mobley, 95, of Plantersville died Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013.

She was born on Thursday, June 28, 1917, in Autauga County, the daughter of the late John Barrett and the late Dora Bates Barrett.

She was a homemaker.

Surviving are her daughters, Merle Walker (Buddy Goggins) of Plantersville, Neva (William Earl) Willitte of Plantersville, Molly K. Dees (Wendell Patterson) of Clanton, Gail (Keith) Marchant of Plantersville; sons, Douglas (Shirley) Mobley of Plantersville, Thomas Leroy (Elsie) Mobley of Oneonta;  24 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren, 14 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Mobley; husband, A.D. Fisher; daughter, Dora Alice Hayes; daughter, Johnnie Lee Walker; son, Willard Eugene Mobley; and great-grandson, Daniel Sims.

Friends were received from 6–9 p.m., Monday, Feb. 25, at University Highway Church of God.

Services were held Tuesday, Feb. 26, at 11 a.m. at University Highway Church of God with the Rev. Joey Boatright, the Rev. Roger Jacobs and the Rev. Daniel Martin officiating.

Interment followed in University Highway Church of God.
