Billy Wayne Pairrett

Billy Wayne Pairrett, age 64 of Clanton, passed away suddenly on Feb. 7, 2013, in Clanton.

He was born in Chilton County on April 10, 1948, son of the late Marvin Pairrett and the late Audrey Lockhart Pairrett.

He was a homebuilder.

He is survived by: wife, Gerri Pairrett of Clanton; son, Rodney (Kevin) Pairrett of Frisco City; son, Robert (Tammy) Pairrett of Clanton; son, Tim Pairrett of Clanton; daughter, April Pairrett of Clanton; step-son, Chris (Ashley) Whittle of Verbena; step-son, Shannon (Beth) Whittle of Verbena; step-daughter, Megan Whittle of Clanton; 12 grandchildren; one great grandchild; brother, Randy Pairrett of Maplesville; and sister, Kim Cleckler of Verbena.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, Feb. 9 at 3 p.m. from Shiloh Baptist Church with the Rev. Teddy Chadwick officiating.

Burial followed in the Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery in Clanton.

The family received friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Final care and arrangements entrusted to Ellison-Cleckler Funeral Home of Clanton.
