•Drug evidence recovered; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia: U.S. Highway 31 (one person charged)
•Theft of property: 200 Block County Road 164
•Two-vehicle accident, no injuries: U.S. Highway 31

Jan. 3
•Harassment by communications: 25000 Block U.S. Highway 31 N.
•Theft of property: 700 Block County Road 71
•Two-vehicle accident, no injuries: County Road 152

Jan. 4
•Domestic violence: 800 Block County Road 135
•Failure to appear in court (five warrants served)

Jan. 5
•Sale of alcohol to underage person: Shell Station, Exit 219 (arrest)
•Sale of alcohol to underage person: Jemison Package Store (arrest)

Jan. 6
•Domestic violence: 500 Block Ivy Childress Road
•Death investigation: Exit 219 Park and Ride
•Failure to appear in court (four warrants served)
•DUI: U.S. Highway 31 and Ala. Highway 191 (arrest)

Jan. 7
•Domestic violence: 100 Block County Road 961 (arrest)
•Failure to appear in court (warrant served)

Jan. 8
•Bomb threat: Jemison High School
•Harassment by communications: 15000 Block County Road 51
•Possible child neglect: 200 Princeton Lane
