T’Shan Marie Sims and Zachary James Clark, along with their parents, are pleased to announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Andy Kynard of Jemison and Wynona Kynard of Selma.

Her grandparents are the late J.T. Sims of Selma, Sandra Hearn of Prattville, Bill Kynard of Spanish Fort and Kitty Kynard of Marietta, Ga.

The groom-elect is the son of the late Buddy Clark and Etta Clark of Clanton.

His grandparents are the late Ed Clark and Ruby Clark of Hanceville and J.D. and the late Elizabeth Landrum of Warrior.

The bride-elect attended Jemison High School and is currently employed in Calera.

The groom-elect is a 2009 graduate of Chilton County High School and currently attends Auburn University.

The wedding will be held on Dec. 15, 2012, at 4 p.m. at Friendship Baptist Church in Clanton with a reception following at Clanton Country Club.

All friends and family are invited to attend.

After a wedding trip to Gatlinburg, Tenn., the couple will reside in Auburn.
