Jimmy Carlton Friday, age 69 of Clanton, passed away on Nov. 25, 2012, at his residence.

He was born in Birmingham on Nov. 17, 1943, the son of the late A.G. Friday and the late Nora Lee Cleckley Friday.

He was an industrial supervisor with Keystone Molding.

He is survived by: son, Jimmy (Cathy) Friday of Clanton; daughter, Sherry (Pat) McGilberry of Montgomery; daughter, Nikki (Paul) Caton of Jemison; daughter, Amy (Tony) Evans of Clanton; daughter, Shelby Friday of Clanton; grandsons, Josh McGinnis, Cory Friday, Justin Ray and Hunter Hill; granddaughters, Lacy Ray, Meagan Barrett, Savanna Evans and Kaylee Caton; and sister, Willodean Lawrence of Clanton.

He is preceded in death by: wife, Robbie Friday; parents, A.G. and Nora Friday; and brother, O.G. Friday.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 27, from 5–8 p.m. at Ellison-Cleckler Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 28, at 2 p.m. from the Memorial Chapel of Ellison-Cleckler Funeral Home with the Rev. Billy Boatwright officiating.

Burial will follow in Chilton Memorial Gardens in Clanton.

Final care and arrangements entrusted to Ellison-Cleckler Funeral Home of Clanton.
