Thanksgiving closings in Chilton County

All government offices will be closed in Chilton County on Thursday and Friday for the Thanksgiving holiday.

The Chilton County Courthouse will be closed Thursday and Friday and will reopen on Nov. 26.

Clanton City Hall will be closed Thursday and Friday. Those with garbage schedules on Thursday or Friday will have trash collected but carts must be left out by 6 a.m. to be picked up.

Jemison Municipal Complex will be closed Thursday and Friday and will reopen on Nov. 26.

Thorsby Town Hall will be closed Thursday and Friday.

The holidays will not affect trash pick-up in Jemison or Thorsby.

Maplesville Town Hall will be closed Thursday and Friday, and Thursday trash collection will be picked up on Wednesday.

The United States Postal Service will be closed on Thursday but will reopen on Friday.
