Calvary Independent Baptist Church

We want to thank everyone for attending services this weekend. Sunday morning’s service included a message from Romans 6:16-23, and other passages, on being a servant of righteousness. It concluded a recent series of messages titled “Christianity Without Christ.” Christian is a word used to describe a person who is a follower of Christ. Christian does not describe a religion, but rather a relationship. Sunday night’s service included a message from Proverbs 14:34 and other passages on how righteousness exalts a nation. We want to invite you to come and be a part of any of our services. We are located south of Clanton, just past Dollar General, off U.S. 31 on Fulmer Drive. Sunday School at 9 a.m., Children’s Church and adult worship services at 10 a.m., Sunday evening services at 5:30 p.m., and Wednesday services at 6:30 p.m. For more information, call Pastor Oscar Mims at 205-755-9399.
