Oct. 3
•DUI: County Road 42 and County Road 48 (arrest)
•Private property accident, no injuries: Alfa parking lot

Oct. 4
•Criminal mischief: 100 Block County Road 189

Oct. 6
•Criminal mischief; harassment: 24000 Block U.S. Highway 31
•DUI; open container of alcohol: U.S. Highway 31 and Patton St. (arrest)

Oct. 7
•Theft of lost property: 200 Block Gracie Lane
•Burglary; theft of property: 1000 Block County Road 219

Oct. 8
•Drug evidence recovered at traffic stop: Church St. and Drew St. (two people charged with drug charges)
•Two vehicle accident: County Road 42 E. (one person injured)

Oct. 9
•Domestic incident: 2700 Block County Road 25
•Drug evidence recovered at traffic stop; DUI; reckless driving: U.S. Highway 31 (one person charged)
•Drug evidence recovered at traffic stop: County Road 51 and County Road 42 (one person charged with drug charges)
•Theft of property: 27000 Block U.S. Highway 31
•Drug evidence recovered at traffic stop: U.S. Highway 31 (one person charged with drug charges)
