Sherry Lynn Cleckler Keeton

Sherry Lynn Cleckler Keeton, age 51 of Jacksonville, Ark., formerly of Jemison, passed away on Oct. 9, 2012, at North Metro Hospital in Jacksonville, Ark.

She was born in Chilton County on Aug. 6, 1961, the daughter of the late L.C. Cleckler and the late Mattie Ann Barnett Cleckler.

She was a former waitress.

She is survived by: daughter, Krystal Whittle of Elmore; son, Richard Whittle of Jacksonville, Ark; daughter, Sabrina Faulk of Prattville; stepson, Robert Keeton Jr. of Clanton; nine grandchildren; sister, Debbie Stracener of Jemison; sister, Cindy Eiland of Verbena; and brother, Mark Cleckler of Clanton.

She is preceded in death by her parents, along with: husband, Robert Keeton Sr., and son, Marshall Whittle.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Oct. 13, at 11 a.m. from Union Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. J. Aaron Ellison officiating.

The family will receive friends from 9-11 a.m. prior to the service at the church.

Burial will follow in the Union Grove Community Cemetery.
