Lee Arick Long III

Lee Arick Long III, age 30, of Fort Campbell, Ky., formerly of Jemison, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012.

He served his country in the U.S. Army from 2001-2012, where he served in Germany, Iraq and Afghanistan.

He is preceded in death by his father, Lee Arick Long Jr.

He is survived by his mother, Margo Long; sons, Lee Arick Long IV and Dean Alexander Long; sisters, Bobbie Garcia (Santos), Misty Collum (Michael) and Heather Long; brothers, Rodney Agee, Clayton Agee and Bruce Long.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 29, at Charter Funeral Home and a graveside service with military honors will be on Monday, Oct. 1, at 2:45 p.m. at the Alabama National Cemetery, Montevallo.
