Reed Franklin Frey, age 92, a resident of Prattville, died on Sept. 21, 2012.

Funeral service will be held at The Seventh Day Adventist Church in Clanton on Tuesday, Sept. 25, at 2 p.m.

Burial will be in Shelby Memory Gardens. Pastor Lary Petty and Pastor Zeke Vasquez will be officiating.

Visitation was held on Monday, Sept. 24, from 6-8 p.m. at The Seventh Day Adventist Church in Clanton.

He was a Potomac Conference of Virginia Seventh Day Adventist Minister.

He is survived by his daughter, Deborah (Rick) Murphree of Prattville; sons, David (Terry) Frey of Midfield and Allen (Wanda) Wellborn of Berrien Springs, Mich.; granddaughters, Cherie (Joseph) Smith of Prattville and Heather Murphree of Prattville; grandsons, Jonathan Murphree of Lawley, Brandon Murphree of Prattville, Javan and Zachary Wellborn of Berrien Springs, Mich.; great-grandchildren, Joey and Kaylee Smith of Prattville and Jaiden and Kaitlyn Dutton of Wetumpka; and numerous other family and friends.
