Candidate’s phone call questionable

It appears to me a candidate for mayor would ensure that recorded calls made at 7 a.m. would be to voters residing in Clanton and not to county residents. Ann Baker, if this is the careless way you run a campaign, how would you run the city?

I understand a lot of us who live outside the city limits received such calls.
