Trash pickup changed in some municipalities for Labor Day

All municipalities in Chilton County will be closed for Labor Day on Monday, Sept. 3.

Trash pickups will also change for some residents Monday.

In Clanton, trash will be picked up at 6 a.m. Monday.

Thorsby will not pick up trash Monday. Monday’s trash pickup will be moved to Tuesday, and Tuesday’s pickup will be on Wednesday.

In Jemison and Maplesville, trash pickup will remain on the regular schedules Tuesday and Thursday.
